Before FATIMA BACOT became known for her work as a mentor, speaker and trainer, she had many obstacles to overcome. Hers is a family background of abandonment, orphaned parents, warfare, concentration camps and firing squads, cruelty at the hands of religion, governments and family, sexual abuse and violence against women, suicidal tendencies, depression, and alcohol and drug addiction.
It is also a story involving flights to freedom, sacrificial love, hope, redemption and living for causes greater than oneself.
As an extremely shy, sensitive child, the dysfunctions she grew up with resulted in developing high anxiety, OCD tendencies, eating disorders, imposter syndrome, depression, a crippling inner critic, suicidal thoughts and powerful feelings of inferiority. She felt she had no right to live.
Fatima’s story is one of determinedly clawing her way, step by step, to feeling worthy and that her voice matters. The formula she crafted for herself became the one she has taught worldwide for the last 25 years to help others to transform also.
At the dynamic intersection of science and spirituality, Fatima teaches the actualization of your worthiness, freedom and potential as the way to participate and create in a radically changing world.
Using uniquely tailored combinations of mindfulness, breathwork, mental re-scripting, heart coherence, imagination, body-movement and diet, Fatima speaks to the timeless conditions necessary for personal transformation and fulfillment, and that are required to make a difference.
She has consulted to, taught and trained 1000’s of individuals in private, in groups and in the workplace throughout Australia, the US and Mexico, and online globally.
Her passion is to support individuals, business leaders and businesses to create an even better story of connected communities, cultures and nations of thriving diversity, conscious commerce and technology, art, politics, literature and architecture through our very best, most illuminated, ethical visions.
With the exponential rise of AI, 5g and transhumanism, species-loss and the degradation of the world's ecosystems, Fatima is playing her part to secure a collaborative, decentralized, thriving planetary commons, aiming for technology to uphold the diverse sanctity and sacredness of human beings, the earth and all its species.
Currently she lives on the Gold Coast, Australia.
