    This is a Training that strengthens presence, awareness and engagement, not 'coping', false-positivity and tuning-out.

    Includes: exercises, short and longer daily stabilisation practices for restoring inner balance and authority, reflection prompts, media boundary protocols.

    The Workbook supports continuity between sessions and helps translate insight into embodied habit.

    You will leave with greater stability, clarity and embodied integration over the 4 weeks and is recommended for those wanting sustainable change.
