    Session One

    Grounded Presence & Nervous System Safety

    Begin creating greater steadiness within the body while learning to recognise patterns of overwhelm, hypervigilance and emotional overload.

    Together, we explore how the nervous system learns protection, and how mindfulness can begin gently restoring a greater sense of safety, regulation and grounded presence.

    Includes:

    • Orienting & grounding practice
    • Mountain or Lighthouse Meditation
    • Nervous system awareness
    • Reflection on safety, regulation & daily patterns

    Session Two

    Protective Patterns & Self-Abandonment

    Explore the protective strategies developed through conditioning, relationships and life experience — including people-pleasing, emotional suppression, over-responsibility and overriding your own needs.

    This session supports greater emotional awareness, compassionate self-observation and the capacity to stay present with what is true beneath habitual reactions.

    Includes:

    • Compassionate self-observation

    • RAIN 2 emotions practice
    • Pattern recognition & emotional processing
    • Reflection on self-abandonment & emotional truth

    Session Three

    Relationships, Boundaries & the Authentic Self

    Develop a more conscious relationship with emotional truth, boundaries, resentment, needs and authenticity — creating space for more aligned choices and ways of relating.

    As awareness deepens, different possibilities for relationships, self-trust and authentic living may begin to emerge more clearly.

    Includes:

    • Relational awareness practice
    • Loving-Kindness meditation
    • Reflection on boundaries & authenticity
    • Integration & next-step guidance

  • Each Session builds gently upon the previous one through guided practice, reflection and meaningful integration into daily life.
